• If you are a beginner

First, we tailor your plan to focus on your specific goals. Do you want to speak Spanish to talk to your Latino friends, traveling to Latin America, or for work?

Based on that, each lesson covers key phrases for the day’s goal, followed by practical exercises where you’ll practice mock conversations with a native-speaker tutor. Your native-speaker tutor will correct mistakes in real-time and help improve your pronunciation.

• If you’re an intermediate-advanced student who only wants to practice with someone

For students who are already able to hold conversations, our lessons focus entirely on speaking to help you gain confidence. We also teach slang and idioms, and recommend movies, TV shows, songs, and memes in Spanish to help you immerse in the culture and sound more like a native speaker.

It depends on several factors, such as your starting level, how immersed you are, and how much time you dedicate to practice. Regardless of where you start, thanks to our conversational approach, you’ll be engaging in real-life conversations from day one.

Six months after receiving your confirmation email

You have 12 hrs to reschedule your class. If you reschedule it less than that, you’ll be charged for it.

You’ve got 10 days from when you receive your confirmation email to ask for a refund. If you decide it before the first class, you’ll get the whole amount back (your bank may charge some commissions). Once you take one or several classes, we’ll give you a refund for the ones you haven’t taken.

For example: If you purchased the 20-lessons package and changed your mind before the first class, you’ll get a full refund.

If let’s say you used 2 classes from the 20-lessons package, and then ask for a refund – we’ll refund you for the remaining 18 classes.

Remember, no refunds after 10 days.

We use Wise, an app similar to PayPal or Venmo. If you’re not familiar with it, we can walk you through it. No worries.
